LZ系列螺旋閘門用于建材、冶金、礦山、電力、化工、玻璃、輕工、糧食等行業(yè)的庫(kù)頂、庫(kù)底及進(jìn)出口等。是控制流量變化較大，啟動(dòng)頻繁，切斷迅速的設(shè)備。
        LZ series screw gate is used in top silo, bottom silo, inlet and outlet etc. of building material, metallurgical, ore, electric power, chemical industry, glass, light industry and foodstuff etc.

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
        LZ螺旋閘門結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、操作靈活、重量輕、無(wú)卡阻、切斷快，適用于各類無(wú)粘度的固體、粉料及小于Φ10mm的顆粒料，晶粒料的輸送及流量調(diào)節(jié)，安裝不受角度限制，操作方便，能隨時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)開(kāi)度。該閥門有手輪和鏈輪操縱兩種操作形式，Ⅰ型為手輪，Ⅱ型為鏈輪。單向和雙向兩種結(jié)構(gòu)形式，LZD為單向、LZS為雙向。

Structure characters
It is characterized by simple structure, sensitive operation, light weight, no blockage and quick cutting, especially for all of no clay liquid and powder material and less than <t>1 Omm grain material, conveyed crystal material, flow adjustment. The installation is not limited by the angle. It is convenient to operation and adjust the open mouth at any time. The valve has hand wheel and chain wheel. I is hand wheel and II is chain wheel. Two structures are single way and two-way. LZD is single way and LZS is two-way.
 

工作原理：
        LZ螺旋閘門主要由框架、閘板、絲桿、螺母等零件構(gòu)成，用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪使絲桿帶著絲桿螺母和閘板沿水平方向往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，達(dá)到閘門的啟閉目的。

Main principle
It is composed of frame, valve plate, silk pole and nut etc. Drive hand wheel in hand and make silk pole move back and forth togather nut of silk pole and valve plate. And realize to start and open it.

使用說(shuō)明：

? 本閥可水平安裝或垂直安裝，安裝時(shí)兩法蘭間必須加密封墊片，然后均勻鎖緊連接螺栓。

? 操作時(shí)順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)為開(kāi)。不得在手輪上再增加輔助杠桿。

? 長(zhǎng)期存放時(shí)應(yīng)使設(shè)備處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，各傳動(dòng)部位加潤(rùn)滑油，不允許露天存放或堆置。

Application description
? The valve may be installed in horizontal or vertical. Add gaskets between two flange connections when installation, then lock the bolt.
? When operation, hand wheel is rotated in clockwise which is in closed. On the contrary it is on. Not allow to add appendix lever.
? If it is stored for a long time, the equipment should be in closed condition. All driving position should be added grease. Not allow to put in open air or pile.
