物料調(diào)節(jié)閘門(mén)是我公司根據(jù)氣力輸送工況需求研制的一種調(diào)節(jié)、切斷型閘門(mén)，廣泛適用于建材、冶金、礦山、輕工、玻璃等行業(yè)的氣力輸送系統(tǒng)。

Material adjustable valve is a newest adjustable, cut-off valve according to pneumatic conveying work condition. It is widely used in building material, metallurgical, ore, light industry and glass etc. pneumatic conveying industry.

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
        物料調(diào)節(jié)閘門(mén)采用優(yōu)質(zhì)碳鋼焊接而成，分上下兩個(gè)通道，下通道為充氣層，上通道為輸送物料層，中間為透氣層。螺旋型閘板可任意調(diào)節(jié)閘門(mén)開(kāi)度，特別適用于無(wú)粘度的干燥粉料，細(xì)微顆粒料等。具有能耗小、無(wú)噪音、無(wú)污染，少維修、無(wú)卡阻、操作方便、使用壽命長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)。

Structure features
        Material adjustable valve is welded with excellent carbon. It has two passages which is up and down. The down layer is aerating layer, up layer is conveying material and the middle layer is ventilated layer. Screw gate can adjust the open of valve freely, especially clay less and dry material, fine grain material etc. It is characterized by low consumption, no noise, no pollution, small maintenance, no blockage, convenient operation and long life etc.

工作原理：
        物料調(diào)節(jié)閘門(mén)由風(fēng)機(jī)給予低壓小容量空氣經(jīng)下通道入氣口充氣層充氣，氣體透過(guò)沸騰板均勻向上噴吹，鼓動(dòng)物料向上位移，物料自重下落時(shí)由設(shè)備安裝斜度而產(chǎn)生位移，不斷重復(fù)致使物料向前位移。調(diào)節(jié)閘門(mén)由絲桿閘板及密封副等組成，由人工轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪帶動(dòng)絲桿旋轉(zhuǎn)，使閘門(mén)隨著螺旋絲桿產(chǎn)生位移，起到任意調(diào)節(jié)或切斷的作用。
Work principle
        Material adjustable valve is given small air through air inlet passage from aerating layer by the fan. Air is sprayed through boiling plate upward, make material upward. Material will move and fall with the gravity because of slope, moving forward again and again. Adjustable valve is made up of screw gate of silk pole and sealing pairs etc. It is rotated hand wheel in hand driving silk pole. Screw silk pole will move and adjust or cut off it. 

使用說(shuō)明：
        安裝前請(qǐng)檢查閘門(mén)內(nèi)腔有無(wú)雜物附著，沸騰板受潮沒(méi)有，如沸騰板受潮請(qǐng)更換后再進(jìn)行安裝，否則影響使用效果。檢查各傳動(dòng)部分是否靈活可靠。法蘭間連接需加密封墊片后再均勻擰緊螺栓。調(diào)試時(shí)，人工轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪，順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)為關(guān)，反之為開(kāi)，運(yùn)行無(wú)卡阻現(xiàn)象即可。

Operation description
        Check screw gate whether there are sundries attachment before installation and boiling plate is moisture. If boiling plate is moisture, change and install it. Otherwise it will have effect on the effect. Check all driving part whether they are sensitive and dependable. Flange connections should add sealing gasket, then tight the bolt.
         When commissioning, rotate the hand wheel in hand. The clockwise rotation is off and counter clockwise rotation is on. If there is no blockage, it is OK.
